Explanation of CHHA Budgets

There are two budgets at Chattahoochee Hills.

Every homeowner in Chattahoochee Hills pays into the Base Budget.  This budget is for clubhouse and swimming pool expenses.  It also includes landscaping in the front, islands, decorative walls, etc.

The town home owners pay into the Town Home Budget for expenses related to the town homes only. This covers landscaping, driveways and parking pads, retaining walls, etc.

Both of these budgets have reserve funds for big ticket items.  An example of a large expense would be re-paving parking pads in the town home area.

The combined budget simply combines the two budgets together for a look at total expenses.

The Base Budget (every homeowner) and the Town Home Budget (Town home owners only) cannot be mixed.  In other words, you cannot take money from the Town Home Budget to pay expenses in the Base Budget.

There is no “Cluster Home Budget” since there are no expenses just for Cluster Home Owners as there is for Town Home owners.
